- Mixing Bowl (and mixer if you prefer)
- Baking pan large enough for four loaves split and laid out
Ingredients
- 24 ounces softened butter
- 8 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 loaves of French Bread
Instructions
- Incorporate the minced garlic and crumbled Gorgonzola into the softened butter in a mixing bowl. You can use a mixer or just mix with a fork
- Halve the French Bread down the middle long ways
- Preheat the oven to 350 °
- Spread the cheesy, butter and garlic mixture on the bread halves
- Place the loaves in the pan (line with foil if you prefer) and bake at 350° 8 to 10 miuntes until the cheese is melted, brown and crispy
