  • Mixing Bowl (and mixer if you prefer)
  • Baking pan large enough for four loaves split and laid out


  • 24 ounces softened butter
  • 8 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 loaves of French Bread


  • Incorporate the minced garlic and crumbled Gorgonzola into the softened butter in a mixing bowl. You can use a mixer or just mix with a fork
  • Halve the French Bread down the middle long ways
  • Preheat the oven to 350 °
  • Spread the cheesy, butter and garlic mixture on the bread halves
  • Place the loaves in the pan (line with foil if you prefer) and bake at 350° 8 to 10 miuntes until the cheese is melted, brown and crispy
